We have two shipping options for internet orders:
1) USPS Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 business days. (US Mail) Flat Rate $8.75, ships entire order regardless of quantity. This is standard shipping for all orders shipped within the United States if "Special Handling" is not requsted.
2) We also offer overnight shipping VIA Fed-Ex. If Priority Overnight Shipping is desired please call our Toll Free number and order by phone to obtain cost for shipping as the cost for express shipping varies greatly from location to location.
Orders received after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following day.

Returns Programs are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided they are not custom printed and are unopened and are in original condition. (custom printed orders are not returnable). Simply return your order to: 606 Laura lee St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 and your purchase price will be refunded, less shipping. If you're not sure of the program you want, you might consider ordering Sample Wedding Programs. You will receive a coupon for the purchase price towards your order of Wedding Programs.
